About Space Insight

A Seoul practice built around careful reading of vendor onboarding applications — not portals, not slogans.

Why we exist

Vendor onboarding applications stall for ordinary reasons: a registration scan cut off at the seal, a questionnaire answered for the wrong entity, an insurance certificate that expired last month. Space Insight formed in Seoul to give procurement teams a dedicated reader for those packets — someone outside the rush of day-to-day buying.

How we work

We treat each application as a document set with a job to do. Reviewers follow the buyer’s checklist first, then note inconsistencies that checklists rarely name. Findings stay concrete. We avoid jargon that sounds impressive and means little to the person chasing missing pages.

Place

Our office sits at 362 Gangnam-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06241, within walking distance of the meetings where onboarding decisions often get their final push. Much of the reading happens remotely; briefings and walkthroughs happen here when clients prefer a table and a printed packet.

Values we hold to

  • Specificity over theatre — name the page and the field, not a vague “documentation risk.”
  • Respect for both sides — buyers need clarity; vendors need actionable gaps, not humiliation.
  • Independence — we do not take referral fees from the suppliers we review.
