How Space Insight collects, uses, and retains personal data related to our Site and audit engagements.

Space Insight (“we,” “us”) respects the privacy of visitors and clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use https://spaceinsight.digital or engage us for application audits of vendor onboarding packets.

2. Data we collect
- Contact form and email inquiries: name, email address, optional audit type, packet-count notes, and message content.
- Engagement materials: personal data contained in vendor packets you send (for example, representative names, contact details on certificates). We process this data as needed to perform the contracted audit.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) and, if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated usage statistics as described in our Cookies policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, perform audits, issue invoices, improve Site reliability, and meet legal obligations. Where consent is required (for example, non-essential cookies), we rely on your choice via the cookie banner.
4. Retention
Inquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement files are retained for five years after project close, or longer if required by applicable law or your written instruction. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with secure file-transfer or email providers acting on our instructions, professional advisors, or authorities when required by law. Vendor packet contents are not shared with other clients.
6. International transfers
Our primary processing occurs in the Republic of Korea. If a tool provider stores data abroad, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer.
7. Your rights
Subject to Korean law and applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the stored preference and revisiting the Site. To exercise rights, email hello@spaceinsight.digital. You may also contact the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) of Korea regarding unresolved concerns.
8. Security
We apply access controls and careful handling of vendor packets. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use agreed secure channels for sensitive dossiers.
9. Updates
We may update this Policy and will revise the date above. Material changes affecting clients under active engagement will be communicated by email when practical.
