Terms of use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to https://spaceinsight.digital (the “Site”) and the professional services offered by Space Insight (“we,” “us”), including application audits of vendor onboarding packets. By using the Site or commissioning our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or request our services. Additional written statements of work or engagement letters may apply to a specific audit; where those conflict with these Terms on service scope or fees, the engagement letter controls for that engagement.

2. Services described on the Site

Descriptions of audits, rates, and timelines on the Site are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm scope in writing and you accept that confirmation. We do not provide legal advice, licensed insurance opinions, or certified public accounting services unless a separate agreement expressly says so.

3. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and branding, belongs to Space Insight or its licensors. You may not copy or republish Site materials for commercial use without prior written consent. Findings memos produced for a paid engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use; redistribution to third parties requires our written approval unless required by law or by your regulators.

4. Client responsibilities

You warrant that you have the right to share vendor packets and related documents with us for review, and that personal data contained in those packets is shared lawfully. You remain responsible for decisions you make after receiving our findings.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Space Insight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use or from reliance on audit findings. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including cases of willful misconduct).

6. Website accuracy

We aim to keep Site information current but do not warrant that every page is error-free. Temporary outages may occur.

7. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
